Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione, la pulizia dell’alloggio , ma soprattutto la disponibilità dei proprietari , la gentilezza e le indicazioni che mi hanno fornito per muoversi nei dintorni, anche al di fuori degli itinerari classi. Esperienza molto positiva. Grazie di tutto!

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Sono stata da Bettina 10 giorni insieme alla mia cagnolina Rita, un setter inglese. Rita è stata benissimo, aveva tutto lo spazio per correre ed esplorare. Io anche ho lavorato da lì molto bene, la casa è più carina di quello che sembra dalle foto, tutto funziona bene e il posto è accogliente. Bettina è stata amichevole e non ha esitato a prestarmi una cipolla e due fette di pane quando mi sono ritrovata con pochi ingredienti per la cena. Consigliatissimo

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! Grazie della bellissima esperienza 💕

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Posto magnifico ottimo per dei giorni di puro relax in mezzo alla natura con vista sul lago mozzafiato,ottima posizione per raggiungere le cascate delle marmore e dintorni,zona servita di ristoranti e mini market,Marco è un ragazzo molto preciso e attento alla cura del cliente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente :)

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Alberto è stato impeccabile ci siamo trovati benissimo per quel poco che ci siamo stati, la signora maura gentilissima non ci ha fatto mancare niente.. Panorama stupendo.

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

The appartement was very nice, clean, big and for a very good price. The host also took the time to show us the appartment, where we could park, and restaurants in the neighborhood which was a nice touch

Assisi was wonderful, this home was perfect, and the host was more than helpful! Francesco reached out before and during multiple times to ensure our stay was welcoming. Our favorite feature was the terrace! It has the most beautiful view and you could see the Basilica of St. Clare. Right outside our door was the square in front of St. Rufino’s church and there were multiple restaurants and shops right around the corner. Don’t think twice about booking this stay. A beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighhood with beautiful views of the vineyards and olive groves. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the area. Agustino was a perfect host. Made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was pristine, with a comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen.
