What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

Fantastic stay in a magical place. It is a small, quiet village, but at the same time it has everything you need: cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and above all: friendly people. The apartment is very spacious and provided with everything you need. The hosts provide herbs, soap, detergent, coffee. Super! The roof terrace is a gem: always sunny! We stayed to celebrate holidays and to work, and that is quite possible because the wifi is super. Close to the forest, Lago di Vico and Viterbo. In short: you don't have to be bored for a moment. The host is easily accessible and always friendly. Please note: the Abbazia makes a lot of noise, all day long. So sleeping in is not an option ;-)

We were only staying for a short visit on our last day before we flew out of Rome., but the place and area was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. Paolo was very welcoming and friendly. He booked us reservations at a local restaurant and allowed the kids to play on the property. The place was beautiful, clean and had all the ammenities one would need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope we can come back again in the future.

We were hosted very well by Ilaria and her mom. The explanations were perfect and complete. The accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Very beautiful house, picturesque.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't be better, it was just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Great stay, easy location, very spacious.

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it faces an internal courtyard. I recommend taking the parking space recommended by Francesco because it is covered and close, at only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, splendid view, incredible sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with oil, salt, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
