Monthly Rentals in Arrecife Playa del Carmen

I booked a last-minute week-long stay at this incredible property and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps from one of the most stunning beaches I’ve ever seen and only a couple blocks from the famous 5th Avenue. Everything you could need is within walking distance—restaurants, shops, and convenience stores are all right there. Ryan was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. He addressed any questions or needs immediately, which made us feel so well taken care of. The building staff was also friendly and helpful throughout the entire trip. And the rooftop view—wow. It was absolutely breathtaking at all hours of the day and night. Whether it was sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails, it was the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of Playa del Carmen. We are already looking forward to returning very soon!

This place was perfect for our stay. Walkable to Quinta Avenida and the beach. Great location and had everything we needed.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! The apartment was spotless and so cute. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Great pillows, soft sheets, excellent water pressure and a perfect breeze on the rooftop made it so easy to relax. I used double VPN and the WiFi worked perfectly. You can tell the hosts really care about the space and their guests. I can’t wait to come back.

Staying with locals is always a great way to get to know the area. We walked a lot even in the evening and we felt safe. 5th Avenue is nearby, full of restaurants etc.
