Waterfront vacation rentals in Arpoador

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Rémy is a great host and he goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I have stayed here a few times and I will be back again soon.

Carlos was a lovely host. He was immediately responsive whenever we messaged him. He was very gracious when it came to offering taking care of our luggage before check-in and after check-out for those of us arriving early/leaving late. We stayed during Carnaval season and had a group of 8. We were very comfortable and felt very safe in Copacabana! 100% I would recommend Carlos and his AirBnB to anyone visiting Rio. Thank you so much for having us!

Tive uma boa estadia no apto de Stevan. A localização do apto facilita muito o deslocamento para outras regiões de Niterói ou para o Rio. O prédio é antigo e as instalações são simples, mas tudo limpo. O host é bastante atencioso, flexível e tem ótima comunicação.

Me encanto todo, fui con mis amigos en total éramos 5 y fue una estancia muy cómoda, era muy espacioso, además nosotros llegamos antes y nos permitió dejar la maletas antes de la hora de ingreso, lo recomiendo. ☺️

João ist ein großartiger Mann und Gastgeber! Immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet und ist ruhig, sehr ruhig gelegen ! Bushaltestelle und Van von der Tür ! 10 min zum Strand von Vidigal!!! Nachbarn grüßen einander und sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ! Würde die Unterkunft in Zukunft nachmals buchen!

Fiquei um final de semana na casa e amei! Super bem equipada, localizada e com uma vista incrível. Gabriel foi muito solícito o tempo inteiro! Recomendo fortemente!

Adoramos! Me senti em casa, a vista é realmente linda, a comunida é super tranquila, fica pertinho de tudo, mercados, praia, ponto de mototaxi etc. Marli e Ana foram sensacionais em nos hospedar. Voltaremos com certeza.

O anfitrião foi muito solícito, buscando atender nossas especificidades. O caseiro, seu Moacir, deu boas dicas, nos recepcionou bem e prestou todo o apoio durante nossa estadia. A casa é bonita e muito confortável. O acesso à casa tem suas limitações como se espera em uma casa numa ilha. Por ter muita área verde, há bastante mosquito, mas nada que repelente não resolva.

Agradecemos imensamente a Casa da Brisa pela estadia, foi tudo incrível e logo menos estamos por aí novamente. Favela do Vidigal muito acolhedora, obrigado a todos.

Estava com a expectativa alta pra conhecer o local e não tive qualquer frustração, pelo contrário! Jeanne muito simpática, proativa e respondia de forma muito atenciosa e rápida! Nos acolheu muitíssimo bem e o local é mais bonito ainda pessoalmente! Amei cada minuto e não vejo a hora de poder voltar! Indico de olhos fechados ❤️🙏✨ experiência incrível que pude viver!!! El alojamiento es espectacular, tal cual como lo indican las fotografías, la vista es lo mejor, zona tranquila al lado de Copacabana, recomiendo éste apartamento 100%

El departamento de Maria Isabel / Gabriel es tal cual las imagenes. Lo importante es lo que las imagenes no dicen, Gabriel estuvo SIEMPRE pendiente, respondiendo a la brevedad. Nos recibio con un obsequio y cafe. El departamento esta frente a la playa y a un bar de playa con servicio de sombrillas y sillas. Ademas cuenta con una hermosa pileta. La zona es muy tranquila, hay algunos restaurantes. A solo 300mts hay una panaderia muy completa que ademas vende comida por peso. Al lado de esa panaderia hay un pequeño supermercado y verduleria. Sin duda volveria a elegirlo.

Presqu’1 mois chez Alexandre : un long et beau séjour . Je valide toutes les appréciations rédigées par celles et ceux qui y ont séjourné avant nous . L’appartement est confortable et agréable , et il y en a certainement d’autres de la même nature . Mais une personne comme Alexandre , je ne crois pas . Il nous a accompagné durant toute la préparation de notre voyage ; il était là avant , pendant et pour le futur 😉 Aimable , fiable , précis , enjoué , attentif , patient , bref …c’est quelqu’un sur qui on peut compter ! Ligia was amazing! She was very helpful and guided us as we needed. She is a good host and her place is near the beach, bars, restaurants , grocery store and more. Great experience! She is a positive person and try her best to make guest happy. We will be back!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!
