Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

I and my family love the weekend. Mara is a great host, attentive and polite, a wonderful person! The house is beautiful, cozy and well organized!

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located, just a few steps from Copacabana. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity, so there is nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete furnishing of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the porters were super helpful and even organized a private parking space for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we would come back anytime

We had a beautiful vacation. Carmen's warmth and dedication in every detail with which she welcomed us. Super willing and attentive to what we needed, incomparable! Excellent place, very good location as it is in front of the beach, close to the supermarket and places to dine. The apartment is very comfortable and bright, it has everything you need to cook, make coffee, toast, etc. It has good wifi, it's perfect for work and vacation. The building is very safe! It has several options below to wash clothes, enter in a bikini, wash your feet, parking, etc. We loved it and we will return because we love staying in this apartment. Communication could be better as there was a delay in responding. Everything else, excellent.

It was an excellent stay. The apartment is in front of the beach and 1 block from the central street of Barra. We love going there. They give you an umbrella and lounge chairs, so it's very practical. It has a gym and games for children. The complex is very nice

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Inês was very attentive and always provided us with a lot of important information. The house is old, but it has been kept with great affection and has a special charm. The location is simply unbeatable – right in the heart of Copacabana, with everything you need nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants – all great! A small warning: being on the waterfront, it can be quite noisy at night – we recommend ear protectors for light sleepers. Besides that, the stay was excellent!

Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

Great location, close to good restaurants, supermarket, easy access to Copacabana beach. Although there is no vacancy, it has good parking options nearby. Outside that for everyday life, you don't even need a car, to do everything on foot. The apartment is impeccable, renovated, with everything you need for a few days. Air conditioning and TV in every room help at the moment of beach rest.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, in a very secure building. Metro seven minutes away. Close-by shops and restaurants. Very good location on Copacabana beach in front of tower 4. When returning from swimming in the sea, everything is planned to enter the apartment without dirtying the entrance. Two pools. Relations with Miguel are easy because he is precise and very responsive.
