Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Arouca

What can we say.. We spent a glorious, relaxed week here at the end of August, a truly special place a beautifully renovated original stone house with high ceilings and original features. Paul was a generous, friendly and knowledgeable host, and the views are spectacular. Apartment 3 was a good size for our family of 5 (kids 17, 14, 11) comfy beds, en suites for each bedroom and a stunning balcony. The pool was an extra treat, beautiful, and again with panoramic views across the valley. Oh, and the WiFi was speedy too. Brace yourself for the drive, it gets easier and it’s 100% worth it! Would happily and heartily recommend ❤️

Excellent stay, very convenient location in the old town, near the river and all attractions. Nice range of restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Only note is that the living room can be a bit noisy at night if you're sleeping in that bed, but that's expected from such a central location. The other bedroom is in the back though, so our group's light sleepers were well accommodated :). Overall would recommend and would stay again!

This accommodation has a great outdoor space, with a swimming pool, leisure space and games. The apartment is very well-equipped and clean. Quiet surroundings, maintaining the privacy of the space. I can highly recommend it!

The accomodation is beautiful and Sónia has thought of almost everything to keep a family entertained during their stay. The pool and garden are stunning and definitely deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately due to the cooler weather we didn't get to use the pool this time but it's beautiful even to look at. Sónia met us when we arrived and showed us around. She gave us some local information, tips on where to eat, shop etc. She was very friendly and helpful. Sónia was also very responsive when we needed to contact her at 9pm on our first night (thanks!). This is a beautiful place to stay.

Everything is walking distance. Beach, train station, mini supermarket and bakery. Ubers very cheap everywhere, easy to take home at night. Train very easy to go to Porto city centre.

The location is great, you can get to the city Centre with the metro which is at 6 minutes distance from the apartment. The apartment is super clean and comfortable with a nice balcony if you want to enjoy a beer and chill. Bathroom is in great order and clean, and it’s only for the guests. The communication with Alex was very easy and he gave us some nice recommendations about places to see and restaurants. Everything was great at Alex’s and we strongly recommend his place. Vanessa's place was excellent for my three night stay. The bedroom was spacious and bright, allowing me to relax, and kitchen space was provided so that I could cook. The apartment is located right next to a metro stop and it's just a few stops into the city centre. Vanessa made the whole process very easy and was a friendly and very responsive host!

Gergely was very accommodating and promptly returned our messages when communicating with us. There can be a little effort in getting the keys when checking in because he drops them off at a local bakery or cafe, but it gives you a perfect excuse to explore the neighborhood and support a local business. Great area to stay in near Porto and only a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

The house is fantastic, with plenty of space inside, as well as outside. Spectacular pool, my daughters loved it. Orchard with a variety of fruit trees, from which we can harvest and enjoy. Weekly bed linen and towel changes, with the kindness of Dona Cristina (the lady who takes care of the house) We'll definitely be back. Paulo Ferreira

We just left the house and we already miss it. We spent a few very happy days, with very good weather, which allowed us to enjoy the pool to the fullest. The home is beautiful, decorated with simplicity and good taste and has everything we need for a fantastic holiday All the little issues we had were immediately resolved, there is no cause for complaint. Our b*****s also enjoyed a lot, delirious about the number of cats they saw around on other grounds. Beautiful sunrise, space to sit, read a book and see the Douro river, where we saw incredible boats pass. Super recommend this space and we have noted to go back even more days at the next opportunity. Thank you! It's a small paradise ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and charming home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Marisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions and nature spots. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

Our stay at Ricardo's place was very enjoyable. The house had good spaces, located in a condominium with excellent conditions and amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all well cared for and in excellent condition. The location was very good, overlooking the sea and with a beautiful sunset. Everything was very clean and organized, and we found everything we could need in the apartment. Ricardo was very friendly and flexible at times and during the stay everything went well.

Everything was great except for a neighbor who played music quite loudly early in the morning, but nothing related to you.

The apartment is very nice, nicer than the pictures, and very well cared for. It has all kinds of amenities, and the development in which it has many services, although we do not use them. It is next to a beautiful beach, which can be seen from the house Antonio was a very punctual host, we arrived at the house and within a few minutes he arrived to give us the keys and explain the operation. It's a totally recommended place.
