Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an elegant building a few minutes from the center of Arona, the lakefront and the station, adjacent to a free parking lot. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a large covered terrace, ideal for dining and relaxing. The rooms are very bright, the space is warm and welcoming, renovated and equipped with air conditioning, furnished with modern furniture and with some personal "pieces".
