The house also has a balcony and terrace. There is a road all the way to the front. The house has recently been partially renovated. There is no internet, but TV with the possibility of watching movies on BlueRay. Accessible by ferry from Sydnes and Utbjoa. Car is recommended. Husnes and Stord are the nearest city centers. There is a fast boat from Bergen, with a change in Leirvik.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is located unashamedly by Sævareidsfjorden with a way forward. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

Here you can enjoy the days in quiet surroundings with nature close by, either in and by the cabin or by using the fantastic nature that surrounds the cabin. The cabin is recently completely renovated and contains the living room and kitchen in one, 3 bedrooms with room for 6 - 8 people, bathroom, basement with washing machine, internet and TV. It is easy access by car all the way to the doorstep.

Newly renovated cabin in scenic Arnavik, Halsnøy. Large cabin with plenty of space for a large family. Rented to housekeepers. Terrace furniture, barbecue, fire pit, slide. The cabin has been renovated inside recently. The outdoor area is lucky, but it's nice to use. Washing out is done by the tenant. Possibly by the landlord (NOK 1500,-) Electricity is included in rent.
