Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Armstrong County

This was a lovely stay for us to visit family in the area. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again. The house is welcoming. very clean. I loved that there was a really nice porch with chairs for sitting. The rest of the outdoor space is great too with the picnic tables and fire pit. We loved seeing the deer in the yard. Very peaceful.

Great, walkable location. I love the proximity to the Rails to Trails trail. Eric and Diane's place is cozy and I highly recommend this stay!

Their place was great. Exactly as described. But they went beyond being exceptional when they worked with me in checkin and check out times. Since we live 6 hours away having flexibility Was a major help. I can’t say enough about how great these hosts are. House clean and comfy and well stocked. A great check in experience!

Home Away From Home! The only bad thing to say about Deborah’s home is I had to leave. Her home was super clean and looked like the pics. Bed slept great and at night was super quiet! Safe and secure place with no worries about your car. Deborah is super nice and she communicates with you quickly regarding your visit. I definitely will book again when work brings me back.

We travelled to attend a funeral. Chase’s place was in Kittaning, close to the family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Chase is a very gracious host.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The bed was quite comfortable. The sofa is more like a futon but worked for our son. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay! The unit is beautifully furnished, with upscale decor and lighting. The kitchen sink is amazing. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant. We were located in the middle of downtown and it was an easy walk to the grocery store and coffee shops. Every kind of fast food is a quick drive away as well. It was a great place for us to stay while we visited with family and would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and smelled great. I was very happy that the shower was squeaky clean. It had all the amenities including a blow dryer, iron, and even a washer/dryer. The kitchen was great and beautiful, too, though I didn’t need anything but the toaster. The bed in the large bedroom was very comfortable. We slept as good as I do at home. (We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom.) I loved the decor, too. The entire feel of the loft was cozy, warm, and safe. You can tell they didn’t cut costs on any part of the furnishings or decor. The owner has great taste! The temperature inside the loft was comfortable, even in the cold. Not drafty at all. It was in a good spot in town - food and coffee right next door. But still very quiet. The owner was available and timely to answer my messages. Overall, I give it 5 stars. I wish all places were this nice!

We had a great experience from a very helpful and gracious host. Lots of room, an unexpectedly nice set of breakfast items, and squeaky clean.

Sandra met us after I gave her the heads up on our arrival closer to 2:30pm! Sandy walked us through the Art Gallery/Shop which is quite expansive (spent an hour enjoying & I bought things!) & showed us the lay of the land of the 1-bed suite apartment. It was exactly as pictured & the price was right for the location & value. It's a quiet little town, but and it's 30 min to Punxsutawney, as we were coming to experience Groundhog Day February 1-2nd where Punxy Phil resides, ha! It was our first time to "Punxy" & our first time there for the whole experience & it was fabulous! There are some restaurants in New Bethlehem but we didn't get to eat there, as we were focusing on Punxy this time. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I, & the kitchen and bathroom & all were clean and spotless! Updated bathroom with plenty of space & very nice hair & body wash products. Sandy left us a printed out list of events for Groundhog Day. Beautiful, pristine countryside here! TY for muffins!

This is our second time staying at the location over the Thanksgiving holiday - great place, super clean. It is clear the host pays attention to details! We had another great stay!
