This was a lovely stay for us to visit family in the area. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again. The house is welcoming. very clean. I loved that there was a really nice porch with chairs for sitting. The rest of the outdoor space is great too with the picnic tables and fire pit. We loved seeing the deer in the yard. Very peaceful.

We had our annual cousins reunion here for the 2nd time. Everyone loved it!! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the fire pit very much. The place is immaculately clean!! It’s a hidden gem for sure and we have already booked it again for next year!!

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and smelled great. I was very happy that the shower was squeaky clean. It had all the amenities including a blow dryer, iron, and even a washer/dryer. The kitchen was great and beautiful, too, though I didn’t need anything but the toaster. The bed in the large bedroom was very comfortable. We slept as good as I do at home. (We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom.) I loved the decor, too. The entire feel of the loft was cozy, warm, and safe. You can tell they didn’t cut costs on any part of the furnishings or decor. The owner has great taste! The temperature inside the loft was comfortable, even in the cold. Not drafty at all. It was in a good spot in town - food and coffee right next door. But still very quiet. The owner was available and timely to answer my messages. Overall, I give it 5 stars. I wish all places were this nice!

We had an amazing time away with family and friends for a long weekend. Greg’s place was the perfect secluded stay for us. A quiet and cozy getaway, yet close enough to town for delicious restaurants and breweries. A few antique shops, markets, and everything you need right in the heart of Indiana, PA…just a 15 minute drive away! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay!!! l think this location is great!! We visited Crooked Creek Park and went on the Armstrong Trail and it was perfect and going out to the backyard after we were done with our other trips for the day it was wonderful to hear the sound of the water and watching the birds around!! When weather was anticipated to be bad, we sat on the front porch which was perfect!!! Thank you very much!!

Sandra met us after I gave her the heads up on our arrival closer to 2:30pm! Sandy walked us through the Art Gallery/Shop which is quite expansive (spent an hour enjoying & I bought things!) & showed us the lay of the land of the 1-bed suite apartment. It was exactly as pictured & the price was right for the location & value. It's a quiet little town, but and it's 30 min to Punxsutawney, as we were coming to experience Groundhog Day February 1-2nd where Punxy Phil resides, ha! It was our first time to "Punxy" & our first time there for the whole experience & it was fabulous! There are some restaurants in New Bethlehem but we didn't get to eat there, as we were focusing on Punxy this time. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and I, & the kitchen and bathroom & all were clean and spotless! Updated bathroom with plenty of space & very nice hair & body wash products. Sandy left us a printed out list of events for Groundhog Day. Beautiful, pristine countryside here! TY for muffins!

Went for a relaxing Valentine’s weekend trip. The views were incredible, especially when relaxing in the hot tub. The snow covered trees & trails were stunning. The hosts always plowed to ensure we could leave (we didn’t though). A map of the trails was a great touch and we even saw beautiful white tailed deer. Such a relaxing weekend that really allowed us to unplug and reconnect with nature.

Their place was great. Exactly as described. But they went beyond being exceptional when they worked with me in checkin and check out times. Since we live 6 hours away having flexibility Was a major help. I can’t say enough about how great these hosts are. House clean and comfy and well stocked. A great check in experience!

The Silver Canoe Campground was great. My son and I had a wonderful weekend enjoying each others company. The pool was a huge bonus and he loved getting a chance to play in the game room, too. Staff was friendly and we met a ton of friendly people throughout the camp as well. Our dogs enjoyed the trails and accommodations. Sites are well kept and I’d be happy to come back again.

Our family stayed at Bill's cottage for the Thanksgiving weekend, opting to stay in more "home-y" accommodations while visiting from Florida. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. I especially liked the open floorplan of the kitchen and living areas. Had it not been soooo cold, we would have loved to spend some time on the outside deck overlooking the river, enjoying the view....maybe next time we'll come in the summer! Bill was a thoughtful and gracious host and kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK.

Our host was great to work with, responsive when we had issues (out of their control, not related to their service) and helped us walk through the steps of a later check out. Assisted when we had questions and were incredibly kind. If you're ever in the area, especially for Groundhog Day festivities, I strongly recommend this location for you, a guest, and possibly a furry friend.

I booked the Woodsy Retreat for my husband's birthday weekend, with our friends. It was perfect for two large families to share and not feel crammed and crowded. The kids had a blast with the basement and the woods. Us ladies loved the size and layout of the kitchen, which made feeding a big group helpful. The beds were actually comfortable and we all slept great. It rained most of the weekend but we had enough space and activities to keep us busy. I most appreciated the self checkin and checkout. Overall a wonderful experience, one we would definitely do again!

We just needed a few days away from reality and Tracey's place didn't disappoint!! It was peaceful. We loved the firepit outside and enjoyed many meals there. I loved my stay at Lisa’s place. I was in town for a funeral and Lisa went out of her way to have flowers and a sympathy card waiting for me when I arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I loved the property and animals. I can’t wait to come back and spend more time on the farm with the animals.

This is our second time staying at one of Meghan and her husband’s properties and again, it left us absolutely speechless. Immediately when stepping outside onto the picturesque porch, my husband and I were greeted by a bald eagle soaring across the river. That’s when we knew our stay at this house was extra special. This is our sixth time over the last three years coming to Emlenton and we fall more in love with the area each time. This house is exquisite with the waterfront view of the Allegheny River seen throughout the home’s panoramic windows, hearing Mallards when you first wake up, and soaking in the soothing tub in your private master suite after a long hike. These are the bests hosts and we are grateful to have spent our 6th Wedding Anniversary in this stunning home. We can’t wait to come back and bring more family to the hidden gem of Emlenton. Book this home - you won’t regret it, the only problem is you won’t ever want to leave!

Our only surprise was the gravel road leading up to the property, but, this is small town PA and literally the nicest and most beautiful place (within a 20 minute drive of my retired parents). Thank you Dreher family for providing such a great space for us to connect with family! We had the best time and will definitely be back.

Home Away From Home! The only bad thing to say about Deborah’s home is I had to leave. Her home was super clean and looked like the pics. Bed slept great and at night was super quiet! Safe and secure place with no worries about your car. Deborah is super nice and she communicates with you quickly regarding your visit. I definitely will book again when work brings me back.

Owner responsive and friendly. Well maintained and very clean. Wonderful little bakery just down the street "The Crow". However you do have to dive down a private road to access.
