About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pastry shop, a cafe, a grill house, a traditional tavern, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and a health center, while the most beautiful beaches of southern Chios (Komi, Mavra Volia,...) are very close.

THERE IS A WATER TANK IN OUR VILLA. Thanks to the water tank, our guests are not affected by water cuts. There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceilings and air conditioning and bathrooms in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant vacation. There is also a hair dryer in each room. You can enjoy the Bali-style landscape with a private pool in the garden.
