I’m so glad I had the chance to stay here, it truly felt like a little dream escape ✨The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. Every corner looked like it was taken straight from a Pinterest board, so aesthetic. Even the dishes and shampoo bottles matched the vibe 😁 Anna was absolutely wonderful, kind, polite, and incredibly responsive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests comfort. I’m already planning to come back for a peaceful weekend getaway. Highly recommend this gem of a place ❤️

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lovely house!! I recommend it if you want to stay close to Sevan lake. We stayed one night and everything was perfect!

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Lovely apartment and great location accessible to beautiful places and for the host Tigran very helpful, very kind and responded quickly for all requests or questions and also accommodating. I will comeback again to tigran place.
