Beautiful place, in the center of Yerevan, comfortable and cozy apartment. Comfortable bed, sofa, you can organize a working space, plenty of storage space. The host of the apartment is very helpful if you have any questions or something is missing.

If we go back to Yerevan, we will definitely stay here again. The house was very modern, clean, spacious, quiet, secure and cozy. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The house is equipped with whatever you need at home and all the appliances are new and clean. The towels and linen sheets were plenty and very clean. Arthur is extremely helpful, friendly and responsive and was available whenever we had any questions or needed guidance. The security people and the cleaning lady are very kind and supportive as well. A shopping mal and a large supermarket are located within 5 minutes walking distance of the house and we were able to get daily baked breads and fresh groceries every morning. Overall, everything was perfect and we greatly appreciate Artur's support. We enjoyed our stay very much in this modern unit.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in the center of Yerevan for New Year’s, and it was simply unforgettable! The apartment is cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was so festive and warm that my parents and I immediately felt at home. The hosts showed incredible hospitality — the apartment was decorated with New Year’s touches, which added to the festive mood. The location is perfect: all the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby. A big thank you to the hosts for such a warm welcome and attention to every detail! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.

The most important thing you should know about this apartment is that it actually has a private bathroom, not a shared one! The second is that this lot is great overall. Despite it is a hostel, we were provided such hotel items as robes and slippers, and the room even had floor heating (which we've mixed up with a/c — do not repeat our mistake). There is also a terrace where you can chill with drinks and food from a restaurant downstairs — which I also recommend to visit, they serve delicious food and have explicit Italian vibe! Last but not least, Arthur is a great host, caring and attentive. Our stay was 10/10, looking forward for coming back.

First of all, I need to tell how amazing people Anush and Maxim are. They are helping with everything you need, they like to meet new people but they provide your private space as well. Anush is really helpful and nice woman. Her english knoledge is a big plus and his husband, Maxim is an adorable man as well. Can’t describe how kind he was with us during our stay Their place is also amazing. The view from the balcony is better than from Garni Temple, you have billiard and table tennis for free of charge and you can have some fruit from their huge garden too.
