Varduhi is a super host. She waited for us with dinner even though we arrived at night. The morning after waking up was unreal. We had a beautiful view of the lake waiting for us from our bed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to experience.

This place is really perfect for those who want to chill and relax, the food is really good, the room was very clean, people were very helpful and friendly.

We liked the place, clean, modern, the renovation is fresh, the bed is comfortable, there is an iron, a kettle, a hairdryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, its own territory with a grill and a gazebo, the location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there are cafes nearby, a little further, but also close to restaurants and shops. Sevanovank Temple is within walking distance, with beautiful views of the lake.

Accessing the place by car is advisable, as it is somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of city life. This remoteness is precisely what adds to its charm. The distance from the urban chaos allows for a tranquil environment, making it ideal for those who appreciate a more intimate, family-like atmosphere. As someone who was looking for a space to unwind, reflect, and engage in deep thought, I found this place to be perfect. The tranquility and serene setting provided me with a much-needed break from the daily grind.

Everything's perfect. Apart is very cozy and prettier than in photo. The superb host Narine and her sweet family helped us a lot and made us feel at home. Strongly recommend including the homemade dinner which is tasty and unforgettable.
