In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the convertible sofa bed on the ground floor. Bicycles or motorcycles can also be parked upon request.

In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops.
