Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the privacy of having the basement to yourself! I have a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom fully finished basement. The bedroom has a King Sized bed. With a Twin XL bed in the living area! You will have a convenient private entrance/exit through the walk out basement. As well as your own driveway on the property. The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.

The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.
