We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
