You will be staying in a spacious house surrounded by greenery. Sometimes it's wonderfully quiet, sometimes a lively little community develops: In addition to me, a cat belonging to a permanent roommate, up to 3 additional guests can stay here. New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Cozy vacation home in the garden, with air conditioning

The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. Small seating area in the garden.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) There is a parking space available and several bus lines run in front of the door. Bernau Heart Center: Car: 10 min. Bus: 30 min. Buch Clinic: Car: 7 min. Bus: 22 min. S-Zepernick: By car: 3 minutes (free parking near the train station to travel by train to Berlin) Bus: 4 min.

The cozy room is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is important to me that my guests feel comfortable and safe: fresh towels, sheets and coffee are available. An Asian restaurant is just around the corner, supermarkets are just a 3-minute walk away. You can get to the heart of Berlin quickly by tram: approx. 35 minutes to Friedrichstrasse or Alexanderplatz and about 15 minutes to Schönhauser Allee with many bars

Please note that our place is not a hotel. The house is privately occupied, so not all areas are always perfectly cleaned or impeccable – but we always do our best for cleanliness and comfort. The room is small but cozily furnished and has a very comfortable bed, a table, a clothes shelf, TV and WiFi.
