Welcome to our home! Come enjoy the beautiful Arizona 'winter' in our comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large backyard that includes a swimming pool (sorry, not heated), putting green, games. Come for work or for fun, Arizona City golf course is less than a mile away, We're 10 miles from SkyVenture skydiving, etc. We have all you’ll need to have a wonderful and relaxing stay. With new furniture, large TV, fiber internet, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen all but your personal items.

Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home in Arizona City. Located in a golf course neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Casa Grande with many dining and shopping options. The house is a perfect central location to Phoenix and Tucson (one hour each way). Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets in our backyard that has a large patio, bistro lights, and water fountain. Our house has an open floor plan with a spacious great room, large couch, kitchen, and desk space that makes for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen features wooden cabinets and white countertops. A stove, microwave, and refrigerator are situated for convenience. A large sink is complemented by a faucet, while a mirror adds depth to the space. Tile flooring enhances the kitchen's overall functionality.

This pleasing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex, is located in the heart of Arizona City and offers 1,000 sq feet of living space. It accommodates 4 guests comfortably, featuring a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. For additional guests, (if available) one or two rollaway beds can be provided upon request, just let us know. We are pet friendly and the side/back yard is fenced so you can easily let your perfect pooch out the kitchen door.

Perfect Retreat and Desert Getaway. Newly Decorated & Completely Upgraded. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms , Heated pool, Outdoor Seating and plenty of Room for Relaxation . BBQ, Pool Umbrellas and Pool Toys. Nice Quiet and Safe Neighborhood , 2 Smart Tv's, WiFi, outdoor Firepit as well as inside fireplace for Perfect Movie Nights. Everything you need for a Sunshine Getaway. Amazing Hiking within 30-50 minutes. I have created a place to Escape and rejuvenate . Saltwater Pool.
