Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, and we found ourselves needing to stay an extra night. I reached out to the host, and he was incredibly kind and understanding—he quickly agreed to let us extend our stay by one more day. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The flat remained just as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped as during our week-long stay. We really appreciated the flexibility and great communication. My stay at mohamed's was perfect, clean apartment, really looked like the photos. He is very courteous and responsive to any questions. Very flexible check-in, he even made check-in easier for me. It's secure and two concierges are there to help you with luggage and other things. Recommended. 🫡

I had a great time at Hana's apartment. Everything was spotless: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The accommodation was exactly as described, and communication with Hana was easy and fast. I would highly recommend it!

It was a fantastic experience. The unit is on the 5th floor with a well-working elevator. The views are lovely. We often ate meals on the spacious east or west balconies. The kitchen is well equipped—we made most of our meals. I appreciated that the king-size bed wasn't hard like most beds in Tunisia. The hosts were responsive to our needs. It was so nice to have the option of paying or not for the extra bedrooms, depending on our needs. We stayed for a week and hope it works out to stay at Hédi’s again for even longer.

The apartment matches the photos well, being non-smoking it's a shame for the slight smell of cigarettes, but the place was spotless, and the air conditioning didn't work but it didn't bother me, on the contrary! It's perfect for a stopover, I recommend it 👍🏻

Frankly, we were very pleased with our stay with a host who was always responsive when needed and very kind. The apartment was spacious, bright with all amenities nearby (mosque, grocery store, bakery, shops, small restaurants, etc.). All in a lively neighborhood while being in a quiet area. Amani was such a great host she was very responsive and helpful and her kindness couldn’t let us go without gifting us a very nice bottle of premium olive oil which we really appreciated couldn’t ask for a better host we will definitely come back !!

First of all thank you so much Mr.Mustapha for the amazing apartment you have, I literally loved every single thing, it was clean and cozy, it has such a beautiful view from the bedroom, and fresh clean air,and you have everything near you, and to reach the other far places such as malls or other things just download this app “BOLT” it really helped us out it is cheap and always available better than ordinary taxis. I really recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.

Super well-equipped accommodation, impeccable service, well-secured residence. The area is under renovation (works), try Bolt for taxis instead because it's hard to find them, if you have a vehicle then everything is fine

No matter what I needed during my stay, Alex was always helpful and reliable. The evening at the club with him was also especially great – an unforgettable night! Super clean and well-maintained place. Bonus points are the gym, swimming pool, washing machine, bathtub, queen bed which is very comfortable and the fact that there were some hygiene products already on site. Neighborhood and secure residence with surveillance agents at the entrance. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the video explanations which were very clear. Recommended!
