This was a wonderful place to stay and I wished we could stay longer. It had everything we need and I loved having a comfortable and well decorated living room, a lovely outdoor space, fully functional kitchen, and even an office space.

The apartment is in a very good location, in the city center, next to shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and everything we could need. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

The apartment was exceptional, with top-notch services. I would like to especially commend Mr. Aymen for his outstanding support and professionalism throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed accommodation.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

we had a great time. The mall is right across the street from the resistance. No need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis I drop off my suitcases. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
