Soufia was there when we arrived late (our plane was delayed). She took the time to explain to us how the apartment and the surroundings work. She lives on the second floor of the property. Beautiful property surrounded by an intimate garden. Several plants and trees are planted there, so beautiful scenery. Cats are present in the garden. The interior of the apartment is well decorated and clean. We immediately felt at ease… The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and calm. It’s close to gyms, restaurants, a museum, and many other places, which made it a great location. The host was kind and helpful—she sometimes checked in on us, and whenever we needed something, we could contact her and she was always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful home! The house is perfectly maintained, with a superb garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. It's a real haven of peace. The pool, very clean and well maintained, is shared, but we didn't meet anyone else during our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely discreet, we never met them. A big thank you also to Baya, the housekeeper, who, at our request, prepared delicious small dishes for us. She cooks great! If we were to come back to Tunis, we will definitely stay in this house again. I highly recommend this location!

A beautiful house where it was more than pleasant to stop for a few days with family! Very nice garden for meals from morning to night. Very spacious and tastefully decorated house. We didn't miss a thing. Slim, Emna's dad welcomed us with open arms, entrusting us with his house and taking the time to take a tour of the neighborhood with us on arrival to spot the right places. Great contact with Emna by messages too, she was very responsive and friendly! Easy to reach Tunis center by taxi (or even by car and then on foot), as well as the northern suburbs of Tunis (Carthage, Sidi Bou, La Marsa...), or to reach the main roads to go further south or towards Bizerte. Lively neighborhood with all the amenities you need nearby, but quiet house. Nothing to say, everything was perfect, go there with your eyes closed! A big thank you again to you!

Everything was pretty nice , Everything worked as written on the listing , The location is good , there are lots of small shops right next door , full of taxi ect . I'll be back if I come back to Tunis .
