Condo vacation rentals in Arguineguín

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bei Ankunft waren auch Wasser und kleinere Snacks verfügbar. Der Panoramaausblick bis zu denn Dünen war faszinierend. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir zu jeder Zeit problemlos parken. Parkplätze waren immer ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder.

Clary war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Es hat nichts gefehlt und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum geheizten Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war gut gepflegt und für unser Auto haben wir immer in unmittelbarer Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Ein deutscher Bäcker und zahlreiche Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig der Bungalowanlage zu finden.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. El trato por parte de David y Lore fue cercano y amable, teniendo nuestra comodidad siempre en cuenta. El espacio no es muy grande pero está bien distribuido y tiene todo lo necesario. La comunidad es acogedora y la piscina es grande y está bien mantenida. Si vas con coche siempre encuentras aparcamiento en frente de la residencia. Muchas gracias por todo! :)

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

Linda's place was cosy, clean, and perfectly located (only a 10-minute walk from playa de Tauro). I felt at home right away, a very rare quality in Airbnbs these days. On top of that, Linda is a wonderful host: kind, welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. La piscine est chauffée et tres agréable aussi. Nous recommandons. Merci pour cette belle semaine.

Apartamento Super Recomendable ‼️ El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para un muy grato descanso. Además limpio, reformado recientemente, acogedor, con camas cómodas. Hay un supermercado cerca al apartamento. Disfrutamos de las Playas de Puerto Rico y de Amadores, a las cuales se puede acceder desde Los Apartamentos Montemar bajando las escaleras. A Guadalupe Muchas Gracias ‼️por estar siempre atenta a contestar 🙂

Karen make us feel at home from the beginning!! Lovely place, peaceful, with a great sea view . 5 minutes walk from the beach, a grocery store also 5 minutes walk.. There is a restaurant that Karen recommended to us( El Capitan) good food for a reasonable price, just down the beach. I would recommend this place to everyone

El apartamento está muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de muchos restaurantes/tiendas, el único “inconveniente” es que aparcar es complicado, pero Francesco nos informó de algunos parkings de pago de antemano, para que nosotros pudiéramos mirarlo con antelación. El apartamento tiene lo justo y necesario para disfrutar del alojamiento, perfecto para parejas o personas que viajan solas.

Een zeer gezellige en knusse kleine bungalow, met alle nodige voorzieningen, alles was kraaknet. Men heeft ook volledige privacy met de mooi afgemaakte buitenruimte. Francesco is een fantastische host. Indien we terug komen naar deze regio boeken we zeker terug op deze plaats.

La estancia en el alojamiento fue fantástica. El apartamento estaba impecable y era exactamente como se ve en las fotos; las vistas son increíbles desde el balcón. Diego estuvo muy pendiente durante nuestra estancia en el apartamento y fue muy amable con nosotros. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con la nevera durante la primera noche y mostró interés en buscar una solución. Sin duda, este apartamento es una gran opción si visitáis Gran Canaria y, nosotros, no dudaríamos en volver a reservarlo.

Todo fenomenal! Manoj nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explicó y recomendó sitios por la isla. Todas las mañanas tiene el detalle de acercarnos el pan de su panadería. El apartamento estaba muy bien localizado y equipado. Nos ha encantado!

Carmen bija ļoti laipna. Viņa mūs sagaidīja, un izrādīja dzīvokli, kā ari parādīja kur atrodas tuvākais veikals, pludmale, restorāni. Viņai bija arī tūrisma bukleti ko darīt uz salas. Dzivoklis izskatījās tieši kā bildēs, arī skats pa logu uz palmām. Carmen sagaidīja mūs ar svaigiem augļiem, ledusskapī bija ielikti pārtikas produkti startam. Bija viss nepieciešamais ēdiena gatavošanai. Bija arī ļoti labs internets, lai pieslēgtos biroja darbiem, tas mums bija svarīgi. Mēs šeit pavadījām 4 nedēļas un bijām ļoti apmierināti ar izvēlēto dzīvokli un iespēju vienmēr novietot automašīnu pie mājas. Ļoti izdevīga atrašanās vieta, lai apceļotu salu.

A perfect apartment in a super location. Marco was so easy to deal with and very helpful and friendly . The apartment was as described. Very clean. Comfortable bed. And a kitchen with everything u need. Balcony to sit and watch the sun go down.

The location was amazing, close to everything we needed and transport. The place was bright and clean with all amenities provided. Perfect for couples and families. Elisa is also very friendly who provided all necessary information before check in.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Gastgeberin hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen mit viel Freundlichkeit und großer Hilfsbereitschaft. Man ist innerhalb 30 min zu Fuß an einem wunderschönen Strand! Und es gibt reichlich gute, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe.

Un soggiorno favoloso. La casa ha tutto quello di cui pensate di aver bisogno , letteralmente ogni cosa. Era fornita di tutto, grande e spaziosa, pulitissima, luminosa. La camera da letto ha anche un condizionatore per le notti piú calde. La cucina ha tutti gli utensili necessari e anche una macchinetta da caffè “nespresso” che da italiano ho apprezzato. La vista giorno e notte dal terrazzo è fantastica. Il quartiere è tranquillo , e ci sono due supermercati vicino. Viaggio molto spesso, ma non avevo mai trovato un appartamento cosi organizzato! Consigliato!

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Just returned from a week in Marcos apartment. The apartment was very clean, a good space, with a fabulous view. It’s approx a 10 minute walk to the beach /harbour or 10mins in the opposite direction to the commercial centre. Theres a small amount of steps to climb going back but very doable. The infinity pool for the apartments is fabulous. The restaurant Que bein opposite the apartment & crazy horse pub are defo worth visiting . Theres a small supermarket attached to one of the other complex’s down the hill approx 150 yards from the apartment that’s handy for a bottle of water etc or local larger supermarkets only 5 mins away. Lots to do in the area but far away enough from the apartment that there’s no noise.

Beide sind super Nett und immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach allem wie beschrieben. Wenn man sich ein Auto leiht kann man es perfekt auf dem Grundstück kostenlos parken. Ich kann die beiden und die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We are so grateful that we could book Paul’s apartment. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time with a lot of peace and quiet, but still close to everything. Two beaches to choose from, stunning scenery from living on top of the hill. We really loved it, and hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much, Paul and co-host André, for being so friendly and supportive, and helping us create beautiful memories for life. Next time we will be a bit more adventurous, and perhaps rent a car or a moto to see and explore more of the beautiful island. I can’t wait! :)

Lovely place to wake up every morning, with bird song! Lush green surroundings in the gated community. Pools that were never busy whilst we were there. Restaurants and shops near by. Good bus route the 73 stops right outside the gates, and goes to the beach and up to Tabley shopping mall. If you don’t have a car. And only €5 in a taxi if you don’t want to walk or wait for the bus. Very clean property with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Massimo very quick to respond and helpful, I picked up the wrong travel plug and he was quick to advise where I could get a new one. Thanks for a lovely stay. We are missing the sunshine already!
