Vacation rentals in Arguayo

The flat is really nice with 2 balconies so you got almost all the time sun, when you want to. It is clean and you find everything you need there. The only thing is That there are cameras installed inside what I didnt like. The owner Said they are only activated when the flat is empty and not rented.

Cameron was an impeccable host before and during our stay. He was very quick to answer questions before we got there about the villa, and had some great restaurant and taxi company recommendations. Pictures on the page don't do the villa justice! The Villa itself was immaculate, extremely spacious and equipped with steaming services in 2 separate living rooms for stay-at-home days to keep the kids occupied when not in the pool. There are 2 living spaces and 2 kitchens which i hadn't picked up before arriving. Views out the master bedroom on the top floor were fantastic. Location was brilliant (only 5mins walk) from the Siam Mall for quality food and shops, 10 mins to Siam Water Park for a days fun, and only a 15min walk to the seafront. Cant say enough good about our stay. Only potential negative for someone may be the location at the top of the hill which could be a difficult walk for elderly or injured...but there are hop-on scooters and plenty of taxis to get you there. The host Maria is great, always helpful, super friendly and sweet with our kids. We had a great stay in the house and enjoyed the view over the bay and the banana plantation. Maria also provided us with a whole load of freshly harvested bananas which tasted amazing. Totally recommended place.

Le Penthouse de Arantza est idealement situé sur la Costa Adeje. Vous pouvez vous fier aux photos qui correspondent trait pour trait a ce que vous allez retrouver ! Ce que nous n'avions pas noté est que la cuisine est ouverte sur l'extérieur. Elle est à l'abris du vent mais il peut faire frais le soir à Ténérife donc prenez le en compte. Autrement, tout était impeccable et l'appartement est très bien équipé, de la chambre jusqu'à la cuisine il ne vous manquera rien ! 😊 Si vous êtes à pied, il vous faudra marcher 10 minutes pour arriver vers la zone touristique et si vous êtes en voiture alors vous serez aux anges en prenant la TF1 juste à côté ! L'appartement ne ressemble pas aux lignes d'immeuble touristique et à un réel cachet. En bref, une pépite, si vous voulez vous eloigner un tout petit peu du centre vous serez conquis et profiterez en plus d'une belle vue sur l'océan. Une belle villa avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Une petite remise à niveau ne serait pas de trop pour une villa qui accuse légèrement le poids des années. Hormis cela nous avons passés une agréable semaine. Daniel est un hôte réactif.

We had fantastic holiday at Danilo's place. The villa is beautiful, bright and airy, very spacious and comfortable and in a great location. All the shops and restaurants are a few meters away and the beach is in 5min walk. The hot tab was the highlight for our kids and the private dining and sunbathing in the sun terrace made it perfect. Danilo is a great host, very friendly and accommodating any needs. It's no doubt we will come back!

We absolutely loved this house! So much bigger than the pictures suggest and the two outside areas are massive. Great spot about 30 mins from beach, the house had everything we needed with 5 teenagers in tow and the pool and pool area was pristine with beautiful views. We would highly recommend this for a family holiday, much better than a hotel or apartment, great supermarket and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and Ailyn is so lovely and helpful.

Clear, concise communication from start to finish was perfect. Early arrival and late departure accomodated easily and efficiently. Beautiful property and fit-out, perfect for all our needs. Absolutely nothing to complain about or even suggest could be improved. We will be back.
