Vacation rentals with a patio in Argolis

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Athens! The location was perfect—just minutes from the Acropolis and within walking distance to everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and local, giving me a true taste of Athens. The apartment was just as described—cute, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling solo. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Romanos' place over the Orthodox Easter weekend and he recommended that we go up to the patio and see the fireworks at midnight which was an unforgettable experience! The flat is gorgeous - I never got over the view of the Acropolis from the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony and patio were dreamy. The location is also ideal if you are wanting to explore the main sights - we walked everywhere and it was great to be able to pop home in the middle of the day to take a break. There are more nice restaurants and bars around than we had time to visit. Checkin and checkout were super easy and Romanos was lovely and helpful throughout our stay and in the lead-up. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Athens!

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is worth for the price since it's very close to all the landmarks of Athens. The apartment is small and comfy, suitable for families with two children.

Superbe appartement. Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied, ou prendre le métro (1 ou 2 stations suffisent). L'appartement est magnifique, avec un mobilier moderne, très bien équipé (lave linge, climatisation) et 2 terrasses pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil, magique ! On reviendra ! Merci Vicky !

Παρά πολύ ωραίος χώρος, σε προσβάσιμα μεταφορικά μέσα, σε super market, μαγαζιά… πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά ! Το σπίτι πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο!

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και η υποδοχή πολύ φιλόξενη. Ευχαριστούμε!

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Grecia. Dimitris es un amor. Nos contestaba rápido, estaba super atento. Nos esperó hasta las 6 de la mañana debido al retraso de nuestro vuelo. Sus recomendaciones de sitios en los que comer por la zona fueron perfectas. La casa es preciosa. Nos sentíamos como en casa. Las vistas son increíbles. Transmiten mucha paz. Las camas son cómodas y en la casa hay de todo. Es un buen lugar de partida para ver la zona. Es en un pueblito pequeño pero muy cerca del mar y de las playas. Gracias Dimitris!!!

La casa di George è davvero un’ottima soluzione. È come sentirsi a casa. Begli spazi, ben divisi e ottimamente tenuti. 4 camere spaziose ognuna con bagno in camera offrono grande privacy e comodità. Gli spazi comuni sono generosi e ben congegnati e consentono di godersi appieno il soggiorno. La casa è in cima alla collina, ma vale la salita che ti consente di staccare dalla vitalità del porto e riposarti appieno. George è stato straordinario. Sempre disponibile e cortese. Consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten sechs herrliche Tage in Athen, Christos war der perfekte Gastgeber, zuverlässig, verbindlich, zugewandt und sehr freundlich! In der sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir uns nach dem Empfang mit schönem Licht und leiser Musik direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke!!!

Ερχόμαστε στην Αθήνα κάθε χρόνο τα τελευταία αρκετά χρόνια, έχουμε αλλάξει πολλά airbnb αλλά είμαστε απόλυτα διατεθειμένοι να μην αλλάξουμε ποτέ ξανά!! Η Άντζι μας έκανε να θυμηθούμε τον λόγο που δημιουργήθηκαν τα airbnb, μία διαμονή σαν το σπίτι σου και επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη σε σχεση με ένα απρόσιτο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν απλά υπέροχα, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που τα έχει ολα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, μία γλυκύτατη αυλή και ένα σπίτι πολύ άνετο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα καλουδια, με μόνιμα ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση! Το γούστο της καλλιτέχνιδας παντού, καθώς σε όποια γωνιά και αν κοιτούσες υπήρχε χρώμα και φροντίδα! Σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε η Άντζι ήταν εκεί, απόλυτα φιλοζωη και φιλική προς τον σκυλάκο μας. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν τα πάντα φαρμακεία, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ ενώ το μέτρο είναι σε 14 λεπτά με τα πόδια!! Άντζι και Σταύρο ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Κάνατε τις διακοπές μας αξέχαστες!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

We loved our stay here. In a really lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with great restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a supermarket and only a short walk into the city centre so we barely used any taxis/public transport. Plenty of amenities in the house and we made good use of the rooftop which has amazing views. Communication with Natasa and Manos was great, they sent detailed instructions and were helpful throughout our stay. The cats were an added bonus for us! Would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Athens.

The host was extremely communicative and informative. He gave us great tips on what to do in the area and was very easy to get ahold of. The space was very clean and we loved the balcony. We had a couple issues getting into the building during our stay but overall the stay was amazing.

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

Nice place and even nicer host. Great location walkable to everything. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. Had an accident hit by scooter and they went above and beyond helping me get taxi to hospital and find pharmacy open at 2:00. Nice to know that some people are kind and helpful. Would not hesitate staying here.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
