George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

We loved our stay at Bill's. From Bill and Elaine's in-person welcome, to the private beach with kayaks, special treats for the kids, daily visits to the chickens and their fresh eggs- we have the best stay. They were so thoughtful to consider our 4 and 1 year olds, by the time we left, we felt like family. Without question we would love to come back. April had some rainy days, but you can't beat the view and quiet rock beach.

Staying in this beautiful home was an extraordinary experience! Highly recommended!! The beds were very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and towels was top-notch. The home was spotless, and the views of the sea were breathtaking. We loved spending time at the virtually private beach, soaking in the serene beauty. The kayaks were an added bonus. Most recommended! A beautiful villa with an amazing view, located right on the beach. The shoreline is shared only by a few villas, so it feels very private and peaceful. We stayed for 10 nights—7 adults and 3 children—and had the best vacation! Νεκταρία’s, the host, and Stratos, co-host were wonderful: incredibly kind, helpful, and always one step ahead with recommendations for places to visit and food-shop, even before we asked. They were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly designed for groups, with plenty of shared spaces to spend time together as well as private corners for quiet moments. It’s very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, grilling, and even making cocktails. We prepared our traditional festive dinner there and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

Such a nice house, view and surroundings. We really enjoyed it. And to add on the nice reviews, we really enjoyed the town nearby with a beautiful harbour, nice restaurants etc. You have neighbours on both sides, but there are trees and plants, so the garden and house is still private.

The whole stay was wonderful, very clean, the owner responded to the messages in a moment. The apartment is next to the metro station which made exploring Athens much easier. I highly recommend this place!

As described, well equipped and clean. Very nice tranquil area. Check-in was straightforward and Vetta was waiting for us. Recommended!
