Great location, and easy to venture right in to the city shops and other excursions. The space itself was clean and spacious which looks exactly what the pictures are like. It was a bit noisy even late at night and by 8am, but earplugs are provided. David was helpful and really accommodating!

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for having me!

The accommodation is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Spacious, well-lit and very quiet room, ideal for resting from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by green areas where you can enjoy your leisure (Casa de Campo, Parque Madrid Rio, Jardines del Campo del Moro) and 15 minutes from the Center of Madrid (metro line 6 circular). Excellent connection to the city center (buses to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Atocha, Opera) and easy connection to the Ave and the airport.

The living area is furnished with two spacious gray sofas, accented by decorative pillows. A soft rug in light pink covers the floor, while a set of three wooden coffee tables, varying in height, is arranged in the center. Warm lighting is provided by wall sconces.

New apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress, a living room, with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen in a place where you can enjoy the comfort and surroundings of the center of Madrid. The Malasaña neighborhood is a very lively place, it is only a few minutes walk from the historic center and places of interest. You are going to love my place because of the people, the location and the new decoration.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fran and Isabel's flat. It's a very nice place, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent, close to everything we need, and with easy access to the main points of interest. The hosts were very helpful and kind, always willing to help with any questions or needs. Although we were not very lucky with the neighbors, who were a little noisy at some point, this did not tarnish our experience. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and well located stay. Thank you so much Fran and Isabel!

Very well located apartment in the neighborhood of Malasaña. Very bright, spacious, comfortable and clean. The hosts gave us very accurate directions and were on the lookout for our stay. Very good option.
