Monthly Rentals in Arethousa

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. I knew the house, but not the apartment.

At first glance it seems like an old house but it is rather cozy apartment, which has enough space for up to 5 people. Nice veranda with an outdoor table as well. It's in a quite part of the town, but everything is no more than 10-15 mins away by foot. The hosts welcomed us and have baked us a delicious cake, which made us feel right at home :) They are very responsive and friendly and gave us some good recommendations too! Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great value for this price!

We had a great stay as 6 for a week. Unfortunatelly there was something with the electric so we didn’t have warm water for a period but the host tried to sort it as fast as he could even though it was in the weekend. But overall a really nice place to stay.
