Simone's house is in a quiet area, easily walkable from the city center. The house is very nice with well-divided and functional spaces. Simone is extremely helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied with my stay and would gladly return to this house. I recommend this house.

The apartment is very nice, very well cared for and with everything and more. The furniture is brand new and with lots of details that make your stay comfortable. Located in a beautiful building equipped with an elevator and reserved parking space. The sea view is beautiful and definitely represents its best feature. Being a close-up, with the windows open you can hear a little the noise of the traffic from the street below, but closing the windows the sound insulation is perfect, the breathtaking view of the bay then makes you forgive everything. I thank Sylvie and her daughter for their hospitality.

We only stayed for one night, we were passing through to board the cruise ship. Spacious and well-maintained house. Comfortable for the center of Savona and the port.

I rented Stefano's place for 9 nights, and the place is highly recommended for the following reasons: 1. Stefano, as host, is responsive to questions (e.g., best pasta, pizza, and gelato places)--including suggestions for improvement, 2. The place is accessible to buses and trams, especially along route 4/4N (e.g., Sebastapoli for Inalpi Arena, Porta Nouva and Aricescovado for restos), and 3. The place is clean, secured, and looks the same as in the property listing.

A beautiful Sea Terrace! We have (my 8-year-old daughter and I) stayed in this beautiful attic apartment from April 24 to 26, 2025. We were very impressed by the proximity to the beach and train station, the lovely and very cozy terrace! The cleanliness of the rooms, the practicality of the furniture and the tools are at the top! 💯 It was a beautiful experience in Savona! Cyprien was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Giovanni was an incredible host! Highly communicative, incredibly kind, and highly considerate. His recommendations were wonderful, and he worked extensively with us when we had personal travel issues. His home is in the perfect location, with gorgeous views and a five minute walk from the train station. This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed, could not recommend more!!!!

We had a great time, it was me and my partner and 3 small dogs Both Emanuela and mom were super helpful and kind. The dogs also found themselves divinely, they also provided us with bowls and kennels. Very nice, elegant and refined apartment. Very nice terrace and surrounded by plants and flowers. We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

We had a pleasant stay at Anaïs and Julien's apartment, ideally located in a nice quiet residence. The apartment is very clean, functional, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The private parking space is a real asset in Menton! Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and well explained. Hosts were very responsive and always available when needed. We recommend this apartment without hesitation!

Apartment ideally located in Rapallo, with a beautiful view of the bay, close to the train station, which allows you to leave the car in the parking lot and quietly discover the surroundings and Genoa in particular. Also close to the pretty old town, the port and restaurants, everything is on foot. The apartment is as described, comfortable, functional and remarkably clean. The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.
