In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. In 10 min. drive to Ortigia.

The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. It is also possible to reach wonderful seaside areas by choosing between a relaxing day at the beach or in one of the many solariums on the Ortigia seafront.
