Charming cabin without electricity and water, where the whole family can gather. The cabin is approx. 15 min walk into the forest, alternatively 7 min boat ride in quiet surroundings. The cabin is of an older standard with outdoor toilet, fridge/stove on gas and without internet and TV channels. There is no running water provided, but the possibility to heat water for a shower. The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located just above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. Here are 150 sqm terraces, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 am in the evening. It is only one minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent boat space 2 minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cabin is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cabin you can sail, fish and swim.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
