There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbor nearby, garden on the front side of the residence. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
