Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Småbåthavn like ved, hage på fremsiden av boligen. Boligen ligger i ett rolig boligområdet så det må tas hensyn til naboer, festing er ikke tillatt. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
