Beautiful 2 bedroom house, metres away from the ocean, the beaches and the golf course of Quequen. Large backyard where children can play, terrace where to enjoy a family and friends barbecue, and a small rooftop where to enjoy sunset drinks and the ocean view. In the main level there is the dining-living room, with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom. In the second level there is the main room with a king sized bed, a large second room with two singles beds, and the main bathroom.

It's called “La Soñada” because when we met the place it seemed like a dream. It is a gated, quiet neighborhood of about 60 houses, with beach, bathrooms and umbrella service, surfing, kayaking, inn, tennis courts, paddle, horses and soccer. Very quiet and to enjoy nature with lots of privacy. The house is close to the tennis courts, elevated on a hill overlooking the countryside. The beach is accessed by car or walking 1500 meters Ig: the little house of the moros
