This AirBnb is amazing and we enjoyed our stay in Antibes very much. The apartment is modern, clean, well-insulated and tastefully decorated. Everything is good quality, the shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. The location was excellent and we couldn’t have wished for more. It was a pleasure to meet Viki who explained everything well and was very communicative.

Alessandro e il Signor Luigi sono persone estremamente ospitali. Ci hanno accolti come persone di famiglie ma senza essere mai invadenti. Sono stati disponibili nel soddisfare le necessità di una coppia di neo-genitori (lettino da campeggio e seggiolino). L'appartamento è completo di tutto, estremamente pulito e facile da raggiungere. E' dotato di ascensore e gli spazi sono generosi. Consigliatissimo sia per la posizione (si arriva al mare in 5 minuti a piedi senza attraversare l'Aurelia), ampia possibilità di parcheggio e market disponibile nelle vicinanze. Andate a trovarli... sembrerà di stare a casa! Grazie mille per l'ospitalità :)

Bel appartement, très bien situé. Bonne literie. Tout ce fait à pied. Au parking Rondelli et à la montée du jardin Val Rahmeh vous pourrez trouver une place gratuite ! Mais il faut quand même marcher ensuite! Seule la plage des Sablettes, comme son nom l’indique, a du sable, mais actuellement fermée pour travaux d’embellissement. Une construction d’immeuble est prévue à côté du Verlaine, renseignez vous !

tutto come da descrizione. la casa è bellissima, piccola ma perfetta per due persone. fornita di tutto. anche il giardino è davvero un punto a favore, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruirne perché il meteo ancora non permetteva di goderlo a pieno e per i nostri orari.

We were really fortunate to have found and then stayed in this apartment which is perfectly located for the shops, eateries, Prom des Anglais (a 5 minute walk) and the main railway station (a 20 minute walk or 2 stops on the very frequent tram Service. Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

We spent such an incredible month in this apartment that it was difficult to leave! We loved everything about it! Located on a quiet street off the square in Vieux Antibes, it was walking distance to the entire area! The Picasso Museum, Fort Carre, Port Vauban, Juan les Pins, the lighthouse and the beach all within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and of course, a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. The train station was also nearby, so we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, Menton, etc. Our downstairs neighbor was extremely kind and welcoming. There is a lovely terrace off the top of the unit where we enjoyed our lunch everyday overlooking the rooftops of Antibes! The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a stair/ladder leading to the top level where there were an additional 2 single beds...We were there in March, so although there were a lot of tourists around, it was not overwhelming. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful in town location, very close to public transportation and easily walkable to old Nice. Wonderful for our family vacation and would come again. Nico was very responsive and helpful. The home looks jut like the pictures and was spotless and clean. Often my family has issues with the bedrooms, but this had a very comfortable bed and mattress. Really felt like home.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

I spent 5 weeks at Svetlana’s apartment in Jan 2025 and it was wonderful. Svetlana is a great host; always quick to respond and extremely friendly. The apartment is unique and charming. The appliances are top notch and it is overall very comfortable. The high ceilings make it feel larger and the large windows bring in a lot of light. The apartments is a top floor with no elevator so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. The bedroom & bathroom are on the upstairs loft accessible by a spiral staircase. It is a smaller apartment so best for single travels or couples. It is cozy and well stocked. The location is amazing. Just a few blocks from #1 & # 2 tram line, Garibaldi, & the port. The neighborhood is quite upscale with lots of Michelin restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, and multiple supermarkets within 5 minute walking. And less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront & the Old City. Very safe & very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

As other guests have written, this apartment is a 15-minute walk to the old part of Nice, close to tons of amazing restaurants, right across the street from a mini-grocery store. The apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. Love the charm of the antique elevator. The only amenity the kitchen lacks is a microwave, but it has an oven (plus oil, vinegar and all of the spices you need). This is not one of those investment company Airbnb properties; the owner clearly uses and cares for this apartment. She was flexible on our arrival time, which was very kind.

What can we say! Our time in Antibes was incredible and a lot of this had to do with Henrik and Gry’s property and kindness. The property is stunning with a gorgeous pool, plenty of chairs and peaceful surroundings. The apartment itself was clean and perfect for two couples. Bright and spacious! The location was about 20 minutes walking to Juan Des Pins (beautiful beaches and beach clubs) and 25 minutes to the old town Antibes (excellent restaurants, history and views) Our host Henrik was incredibly welcoming, it was lovely to get to know him. He was very friendly as he offered recommendations, delivered fresh baguette and even invited our group on his boat. This was an amazing experience for the last day of our trip! We had a blast getting to know him and will definitely keep in touch. Overall a superb Air BnB and experience we will definitely be back! Thank you.

LOVELY CENTRAL RENTAL UNIT

Wonderful stay. On arrival slight issue came up but once we contacted Tracey the issue was resolved with quick and efficient commutation. Arrival gifts were greatly appreciated & the apartment was nice & clean. Very comfy bed - and lots of small touches well thought out. Location really good. 10min walk from the train station which took us to the airport and all the other amazing stops along the way! Aparment is up a hill we managed fine with a pram as well, we love to walk so no issues. Quick walk down the hill across the road takes you easily to a nice bakery, coffee, fruit & veg shop and beach front with a glorious walk into the old town. On the other side just a 15min walk to juan le pins. Late check on this occasion was able to be met and appreciated. We traveled with our 15month old and found it overall easy to find & ample room for the 3 of us. Thanks again for your hospitality.

L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole e pulitissimo. L’arredamento è moderno e molto curato. E’ esattamente come illustrato nelle foto. La posizione è davvero comoda: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il lungomare, e il percorso è interamente pianeggiante. Per caricare e scaricare l’auto siamo saliti sul marciapiede di fronte all’ingresso, senza comunque creare intralcio alla circolazione, peraltro non particolarmente intensa in quel tratto di strada. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio (gratuito) a due passi. In alta stagione immagino si debba optare per il parcheggio al campo sportivo, comunque poco distante. La mancanza dell’ascensore non si avverte perché le 3 rampe di scale hanno pochi gradini. Silvia è stata molto disponibile e reperibile sia in fase di check-in che di check-out. Esperienza positivissima! La disponibilità di un microonde sarebbe stata la classica ciliegina sulla torta :) Ma 5 stelle davvero pienamente meritate.

Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰
