The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

Cozy 58 sqm apartment with sauna & close to the hill

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high located with a magnefik view from the terrace in addition to Åreskutan. It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. (Week 51, 52, 7, 8, 9 and 16)

Nice apartment in Åre Sadeln with cycling around the corner

Apartment built 2018 in nice Åre Saddle with all the mountain's summer activities easily accessible. The residence is located directly adjacent to the slopes in Sadeln where new flowtrails are drawn. In summertime, hiking trails and cross country trails go outside the apartment that quickly and fun takes you down to the XC arena and Björnen Centrum where you find high altitude track, pump tracks and more nice bike trails for both big and small.

A cozy sitting area features a black fireplace, providing a warm focal point. Two wicker chairs with dark cushions are positioned around a wicker coffee table. Soft light filters through a large window, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the space.

Nice apartment in Åre by ski in / bike in

We rent out our apartment in Åre when we ourselves are not there. It is located next to the roller coaster, above Hotel Granen, next to the hill (Stjärnbacken/WM6), and a few minutes walk to the square. The apartment is located at the top of the house, has a balcony to the southwest and great views of Renfjället and Åre Lake. Two bedrooms, one with two bunk beds, one with double bed/two single beds. Comfortable spring mattresses in all beds.

A modern kitchen and dining area is illuminated by warm, soft lighting. A long wooden dining table is surrounded by comfortable chairs, while a cozy fireplace adds ambiance. Large windows provide views of the outdoor space, enhancing the welcoming feel of the open-plan layout.
