Lovely cosy cottage with the fire lit - sheep and chickens for neighbours and a really nice living space. Well appointed kitchen too. Wish we'd been able to stay longer.

Great location, especially if you are looking to escape, rest and enjoy the benefit of a modern newly built home overlooking the might of the Atlantic. Mary & Kieran are great hosts.

We're a family of 7 staying at Daveys cottage for a weekend break to watch the women's 6 nations. The pictures don't do the place justice. There is plenty of room to accommodate us all with fantastic amenities. the area is remote and beautiful but with great connections, we visited Cork and KIllkenny. Do not hesitate to book this cottage, it offered us a great base with plenty of home comfort at the end of long days. The twice daily procession of around 200 cows at the end of the garden was a particular highlight for my three year old. The hosts were extremely attentive yet interaction was minimal and privacy is guaranteed. There is a small local shop, pub, and resteraunt within 2km. A great farm park is also very close for any little ones. overall a great booking and made even better by our two regular visitors Tanga and Chewy the dogs!

We loved our stay in Ardmore. Mary was very responsive and available from when we first booked. The house was lovely, modern clean and tidy. Location is 3 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute into Ardmore village. We loved our stay and would highly r recommend this house. We are a family of two adults and four children and the house was perfect for us.
