Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
