This AirBnB is one of my favorite! The location is fantastic with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is charming and very comfortable and the main balcony is fabulous with views of the mountains and the main pedestrian street. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptionally Thoughtful Host – A Truly Wonderful Experience** From the moment we booked, Simona went above and beyond. We reserved the apartment for the 16th because our flight was arriving early on the 17th at 6 a.m., knowing we wouldn’t find a check-in that early anywhere else. Even before we landed, Simona was already in touch—sending detailed instructions, helpful guidance, and checking in regularly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Though we didn’t get to the apartment until around noon, she remained patient and attentive the entire time. She even left two drinks for us in the fridge (a water and a soda)—a small gesture, but after our long trip, it meant a lot. What touched us the most was that she met us in person, accompanied by a kind young man who helped carry our bags. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

A great, impeccable place! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned.... I recommend this place that will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometers from Rome. Thanks to Patrizia for her kindness and support.
