You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with space for 2-4 p and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and cereal are included. Space to sit and eat both inside and outside, even possibility to barbeque. In a few minutes by foot, you're down and dip into the sea. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this property.

A really lovely gem of a place - we were happy to spend a long weekend in Lidija's beautiful apartment. Location is great, and the apartment is super charming and homely. The sofa bed in the living room folds out to a full bed, which worked perfect as it offers two large sleeping spots. It had everything you might need and communication with Lidija was smooth with quick responses. Overall a great experience!

We were a group of 10 friends from different countries and came for a long weekend together. We had a great time at Annika and Jonas’ place. Their house is beautiful and well arranged, modern but still with the vibes from its history. The house and its surroundings have many amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, …) and it was great to be so close to the water and nature. It’s also easy to do groceries in the nearby town. Going by public transportation may be possible but a car would be recommended. I can only highly recommend this house for a group of friends or with a family. We loved it!!

We spent 9 days at Patrik's house. A wonderful place, modernly furnished and yet cozy like home. Large kitchen with plenty of equipment, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. We had wonderful weather and were able to make good use of the terrace and the seats by the fireplace in the evening. The location by the forest and the lake is unique and the tranquility there is pleasant. The house was our most beautiful AirBnB - so far.
