Over 145 m², a mix of designer rooms and authentic furniture, a cinema area (200 films), a fireplace lounge, three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), three terraces with views: the ideal place to recharge your batteries, telework (very high-speed fiber) and, for your peace of mind, reserved for adults or teenagers over 12 years old.

Chapelèche Gîte "Les Genêts" 2 to 7 people

The Chapelèche gîte "Les Genêts" can accommodate 7 people. It is located on a southern slope of the Ardèche Mountains, 700 m high, at the end of a communal road: magnificent view, peace and quiet are assured. The gîte has a large south-facing terrace, shaded by hazel trees and a fifty-year-old ash tree. Hiking possible from the cottage. The gîte overlooks the Gorges de la Glueyre, a wild valley where you can swim for 10 km (10 minutes by car). 3 beds 2 people and 2 beds 1 person.

The winegrower's house

This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas.
