Villa vacation rentals in Arcadia

A comfortable house with a lot of utilities to facilitate a longer stay. Located in a forest area, it is suitable for people looking for solitude. Navigating via GPS coordinates is the way to find it. The bonus is that the best Leonidio restaurant, Myrtoon, is nearby. The host is positive and very responsive.

Staying at Mariangela's guest house was an absolute dream. Having a secluded piece of the Mediterranean right out side your doorstep is a true luxury! The place is very clean and has all the amenities you need-thoughtful touches like shampoo and conditioner, we also loved having a freddo maker! Mariangela and her husband themselves are a reason to stay-very attentive to us and made us feel like we were staying with family. From jer fresh olives, wonderful welcome treats, to the offer of taking us out on the SUPs, what lovely lovely people. We can't wait to come back! Xx

C’est un très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire. Tout était fidèle à la description. L’accès à l’appartement est un peu une aventure puisqu’il faut monter la cote en empruntant un tout petit chemin mais on finit pas s’y habituer. Bienvenue en Grèce! Moi j’en ai pas eu besoin, mais Ilias a offert de me guider sur ce chemin à mon arrivée. Vraiment un bel accueil! D’ailleurs je dois dire que les hôtes sont très disponibles et ont réagi rapidement à notre unique demande (je n’arrivais pas à ouvrir le sofa-lit. Nektaria est venue m’aider et a réglé le problème très rapidement). J’y retournerais sans problème surtout si Ilias installe un chauffe-eau pour la piscine qui était un peu froide (voyage au mois de mai. On s’est quand même baigné à chaque jour 😉)

Firstly Katrina and Dimitri were a delight. The villa is in the most stunning location and was fully equipped with everything you needed, The photos do not fully do it justice. Some additional usual information The Lefka campsite just below the villa were happy for us to visit their restaurant/bar which has a great menu and stunning view. We simply explained where we were staying ( directly above it) and they were happy. The walk to Vivari is not as scary as it looks. Walk both ways on the sea side of the road and when cars come along they all make a lot of space for you. We did it about 20 times and never had an issue even at night. It isn’t very busy and you can hear the cars from a long way away. Vivari has wonderful restaurants, especially the two on the beach and Borelis. Visit Maria's supermarket in Drepanou as she is great. Nafplio is wonderful. Visit both Epidavros theatre and Mycenae castle (3,500 years old) Ask Katrina and Dimitri for a great reliable taxi driver.

Parfaite maison pour 2 couples et un bébé . Spacieuse , un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue exceptionnelle et à part une fête de voisinage très tard un soir , l’endroit était très tranquille et paisible , un plaisir pour les yeux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la belle maman et étions très heureux que le lit pour le bébé soit préparé a notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location Arbnb !

The house was well equipped. It had everything including a chair for the baby to eat and a cot. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all appliances. The pool is well maintained. We run out of washing machine capsules and the host brought us some more. We had a fantastic time, the host was very welcoming and very clear with his instructions on how to reach the property with videos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend visiting again.

Perfect brand new modern place. Easy communication with the landlord that has been very flexible and has accommodated all our wishes about checkout time ! What else ? Can only recommend ! Thank you !

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay at 1932 Melissi. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and contains everything you need. Extremely well located on the waterfront, with a small pool to cool off in the back. we had a lot of fun enjoying each corner of the property. Dini was a great host, very friendly and easy-going who offers a flexible check in and check out. Quickly responsive to all questions. we would highly recommend for a family or friend trip and would love to stay again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison pleine de charme. Ce logement est très bien équipé et bénéficie d’une belle vue. Les terrasses dont est dotée cette maison, constituent un atout supplémentaire.

Wow! Such an amazing villa. The view was so cool , the rooms and the pool zone are wonderful. The hospitality was perfect! Defiantly we comeback next season!! Tnx .

We had a wonderful time at the Villa! Such a beautiful place that could easily handle our family of 15 with people of all ages (baby to grandparents). Everyone had places to sleep and had their own space. We loved using the outside kitchen and used it all but one of the evenings we stayed there. There are tons of kitchen appliances, including things like citrus juicers for that huge bag of oranges or lemons that you bought on the side of the road while driving in. Activity-wise, you could potentially walk down to the beach, but we often drove with so many children. You'll have to rent a car to get there, and I'd recommend one that can climb steep hills. It's quite extreme in both the village and the villa's driveway in particular. Chrysanthi is a lovely person and will try to make your arrival easy if you meet her in town and let her lead you to the Villa. There are two roads and one makes it difficult or impossible to enter the property, so check with her first!

We stayed in one villa with 4 families with children and hat a lot of fun. The new and very beautiful villa provides a lot of possibilities (tennis-court,pool). And there are several archeological sites to visit nearby. Our host Dora was always there for us when we needed her.

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο σπίτι με φανταστική πισίνα και θέα. Όμορφα δωμάτια και οι παροχές όπως ακριβώς αναφέρονται. Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο. Υ.Γ. Επειδή υπάρχουν κάποια σχόλια για το πάρκινγκ δεν συναντήσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Μια mercedes A180 μπαινοβγαίνει πανευκολα.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, ειδικά για παρέες αρκετών ατόμων, καθώς υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα και αρκετά πράγματα να κάνεις (μπιλιάρδο, ποδοσφαιράκι, πισίνα, ενώ υπάρχουν και κάποιες διαδρομές γύρω από το σπίτι που μπορεί να ακολουθήσει κανείς.) Το χωριό Πλάτανος είναι πολύ κοντά, με mini markets, ταβέρνες κ.λπ. Ο Αντώνης είναι εξαιρετικά συνεννοήσιμος, ενώ ότι είχαμε πει πραγματοποιήθηκε στο ακέραιο.

We have just had such a great family holiday at Villa Sadova. Its is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is great and sunsets over the sea whilst eating dinner are spectacular. Bedrooms and bathroom were luxurious and spacious. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay in a remote and very quiet area 🌟 The house was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well equipped – but the true highlight were the spectacular views. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The pool was perfect – refreshing, really spacious, and ideally positioned to soak in the scenery. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear, making everything easy from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’d come back in a heartbeat! This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is in the most stunning location with fantastic views across the bay…and the beach is just a few steps down the olive grove. The pool and house are lovely and contained all we needed. Regula was a friendly & welcoming host and it was a joy to stay in her beautiful house. We will be back. Thoroughly recommended.
