Farmstay vacation rentals in Arcadia

Danai's place was perfect for a few days for 3 adults. We arrived early, but Vasillis was there in less than five munutes to let us in an show us around. The welcome gift of eggs from their hens, jams and oilves was a very nice touch. We later bought some of their produce, olive oil, pasta and oregano, and received another two little gifts. The whole house was spotlessly clean and the beds were big and very comfortable. We sat outside most of the time to eat and drink, enjoying the privacy of the well-kept terrace and garden area. There was a very extensive information folder, which we referred to quite a lot. It was only 1km walk into the village, where there are small shops and cafes, and a 10 minute drive into Nafplio. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it. We were allowed to check-out a little later than 11:00.

The hosting family are both kind and professional, they were able to help us with anything throughout the week which made the trip stress-free. The place was clean, a nice quiet cottage in a beautiful location in the middle of the island. Would suggest having a mode of transport if you want to go to the towns around the island, particularly in hot weather. Also the dog is adorable!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful flat nestled in a serene environment surrounded by olive and fig trees. Michael and Kim went above and beyond, extending a warm welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from hotel level bed liniment, home made olive oil and biscuits to bicycles and car rides to bus station. The flat itself matched the pictures and was impeccable - spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. Highly recommend!

Ich habe die Zeit auf Odyssey Glamping sehr genossen. Die Zelte sind wunderschön und super praktisch eingerichtet. Auch das eigene Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Am Strand und Pool sind tolle Liegen und Sonnenschutz. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Toll sind auch die E-Bikes zum Ausleihen. Katerina und Christina (und alle anderen Mitarbeitenden) sind super herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr nette Gespräche geführt. Katerina ist eine unglaublich gute Köchin. Ich hatte das große Glück ihre Kochkünste genießen zu dürfen. Auch der Kochkurs ist toll! Ich kann diesen Urlaubsort nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Ein absolutes Paradies!

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus von Georges Familie. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Der Aussenbereich wunderbar. Die Lage ist super. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Sup/Bike- Verleih. Der Strand und viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Lagune ist mit ihren Flamingos und vielen weiteren Vögeln wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich für die gastfreundlichkeit von George und seinen Eltern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

בילינו ארבעה לילות באפריל, נהננו מאוד! בית נקי ויפה חצר מושלמת שקיעות יפות מול הים המון טבע מהמם מסביב. מרחק הליכה קצר משני חופים יפים, הכפר נעים ושקט. הרבה מסלולי הליכה ברגל מהבית. הדירה באווירה ביתית וחמימה ויש את כל מה שצריך. התקשורת עם המארחים מצוינת עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. ממליצים מכל הלב. מקווים לחזור בקיץ

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Wir wurden von Wassilis empfangen, einem Verwandten von Antonios, der in den Niederlanden lebt. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit hervorragend. Wassilis hat uns ausgiebig über Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Orte und die Besonderheiten der Gegend usw. informiert. Die Wohnung ist spitzenklasse. Alles bestens und hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, also ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein. Besonders hat uns auch eine Bootstour mit einem großen Katamaran gefallen, die Antonios uns vermittelt hat. Siamo stati purtroppo solo 3 giorni a casa di Leonidas che per noi è stato l'angelo di Archangelos! Lui è la sua famiglia ci hanno sfamati, coccolati oltre ogni misura! impagabile la tranquillità e la bellezza della posizione e la doccia esterna fra gli ulivi, per non parlare dei fichi... Consigliamo a chiunque voglia scoprire un po' di Grecia nascosta di venire in questo paesino su un mare splendido e ancora poco frequentato... intanto abbiamo invitato Leonidas a Firenze!

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay in a remote and very quiet area 🌟 The house was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well equipped – but the true highlight were the spectacular views. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The pool was perfect – refreshing, really spacious, and ideally positioned to soak in the scenery. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear, making everything easy from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’d come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

Le domaine sur lequel se situe le airbnb est magnifique, et Vasho (j'espère ne pas trop écorcher son nom) se fera un plaisir de vous le faire visiter, on voit bien qu'elle en est fière, à raison ! Vasho, encore elle, est une hôtesse incroyable, qui prend le temps de se faire comprendre si vous ne parlez pas grec, qui nous a préparé le petit déjeuner ainsi que de très bonnes pâtisseries le soir de notre arrivée. On recommande chaudement ! À noter tout de même que plusieurs chiens partagent la propriété, ils sont très gentils mais si vous avez peur de nos amis à poils il est bon d'être au courant.

The place is peaceful well equipped and located in a quiet and very nice area close to wonderful not-so-touristic beaches. If you like living in the nature in a private area (but still close to a big city in a few minutes drive), you like hiking, walking, camping and enjoying the countryside, then this is a place for you. Also Nico is a great host and willing to assist any of your requests. The last 150m of the road to get to the place are a bit tricky since it’s a rural road with quite a lot of puddles, but with an suv or even better a 4x4 it’s something doable. But it is just a small price you pay living in the heart of an olive grove.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay here — truly one of our favorite places when visiting Greece! Mirto was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. The space itself is very pleasant and thoughtfully designed, with a charming private outdoor patio that overlooks a grassy area and the chicken and turkey coop — such a fun and unique view, especially for the kids! This place is a true gem for families. Our children had so much space to run around, play soccer with the goals set up on the lawn, and enjoy the dedicated play areas for younger kids. It felt like a little countryside retreat that kept everyone happy and entertained. The only thing to note is that it can be a bit tricky to find at first, but it’s well worth the effort. We can’t wait to come back!

perfekte lage, wunderschöne villa

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

A fantastic place in a beautiful beachside setting and a great location for exploring Argolis. There were three familes (6 adults. 6 young children / toddlers) on our trip and this was a fantastic place for the children, with a slide and swings by a beautiful private beach, as well as a large grove of orange and lemon trees. The hosts were very friendly and gave us many oranges and lemons from their trees!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful villa. The space was perfect for our group of 8 to be comfortable with each person having their own room and private bathroom. There are plenty of amenities included - we used the downstairs kitchen area for mealtimes, which leads to the outside space and and exterior covered dining area offering shade from the sun. The house also comes complete with air-conditioning throughout and window nets, keeping the inside of the house cool and free of insects. The pool area, complete with multiple loungers, was great for relaxation and many trees in the spacious gardens offered shade and peace. This is a fabulously tranquil and relaxing space with a great number of good restaurants, and bakeries, only a few minutes away. Maria is a welcoming and gracious host who quickly responds to any queries, and clearly cares deeply about the well-being and enjoyment of her guests. We would not hesitate to visit this fabulous property again. Thank you Maria!

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷
