Amazing, clean, and private space. Diana was very kind and friendly, she offered water and fruit from her garden. Beautiful and peaceful backyard as well. A great place to stay in the area!

We had a weekend event at the Rose Bowl and Min’s place fitted all of our needs. 20 minutes to the venue and lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. I would come back in the future 10/10!

Great area in Monrovia and super responsive host. The unit is comfortable and has washer dryer as well as AC. They were great communicators and I would stay with them again!

This place is great! We had a family of 6 staying and it accommodated all of us perfectly. The host is super responsive. House was clean upon arrival, Check-in and out was super easy. They had shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hair dryer and cotton pads/quips for convenience, and had some snacks upon arrival. The area is very quiet and easy to get to, while also being close to all major theme parks! We will definitely be staying here again should we find our selves in the area.

It was a great stay! Spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home was very easy to find and it was very simple to get in the home. The host was helpful and responded very quickly. Would definitely come back!

Very nice place, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Outdoor space was very nice. It was close to the airport and not far from Disneyland which was part of our reasons to visit. We also visited Huntington Beach which was less than an hour from this home. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

The location was great close to so many things! The host is very communicative and accommodating.

Chunjiang's place was so beautiful and absolutely spotless! It smelt incredible, and it was apparent that a professional cleaner had stopped by. It has 2 rooms, and an extra bed with the pull-out sofa. Such a beautiful and relaxing backyard as well. My family and I spent most of our time at Universal Studios (which wasn't much of a far drive from the house) so we really didn't use any of the amenities but it definitely has all that you need. Perfect AIRBNB!

My number one priority is cleanliness, especially having children. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I have stayed in many Airbnbs while visiting my daughter who lives in Monrovia and this is by far my favorite. The setting was simply magic. My sons kept taking videos of deer walking up to the window. It truly felt like we were the only people in this beautiful oasis, although we were minutes away from civilization. What a rare treat! Greg and Michelle were very responsive to any questions. It also felt very large so everyone had privacy. Big hit with the kids and me!

Katie and her family were so very helpful . They mentioned that sometimes people may leave something behind and not to worry and they lived up to that and then some. We have never left anything behind before but there is always a first and this trip was our first . They overnighted our belongings without any judgment only kindness and understanding . Thank you so very much . If you leave anything behind you can be sure you will get back in a timely manner .
