Appartamento(2.5) al piano terra in una casa di tre appartamenti, bella vista verso il piano, lago Maggiore e montagne. Veranda, cucinino, 1 camera, WC con doccia. NO camino. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da bar/ panetteria, 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona.
