Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Arbatax

For us it is just the perfect location in spring time Sardegna. Quiet location in the middle of a big Olive Garden. Beautiful surroundings and still all the amenities you need.

Perfect for our group of 9 , we could walk to the beach, and there were fabulous restaurants a short drive away. With 2 large terraces plus a rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time outside. The laundry room and 4 th bathroom (3/4) were really handy.

The house is located in a very quiet place with several beaches just a 5-10 minute drive, spacious quiet, with crystal clear water and fine white sand there is a supermarket, butchers and other basic amenities in the area. The host will be your neighbor but more than a problem was something positive since I was very available for anything and we had a lot of intimacy. If you are looking for tranquility and calm it is very good place, from the house you can see some spectacular sunrises. The house is very well equipped if you intend to cook. Overall, we were quite comfortable.

We stayed for 4 days in this house, where we felt welcomed with so much affection and warmth. The owners Angela and efisio are two kind and loving people, who offer an apartment with a wonderful garden. The house really has everything you need, it is immersed in a beautiful quiet area but within walking distance of the city center. We will definitely return because Orosei and its people have a really big heart!

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

Everything was perfect, María Teresa and Claudio are charming and always attentive to any need. The house is perfect and has everything you need and more. Close to beaches and services such as supermarkets, pharmacy etc. In short, we would definitely stay at this place again.

We had a wonderful time at Manuela's apartment. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. The pictures and descriptions are perfectly fitting. We felt directly at home and didn't want to leave again. There are orange trees around and a nice smell of flowers and herbs. It is calm during the day and nicely quiet at night. And the view from the terrace is just amazing. My recommendation: enjoy it with a freshly prepared espresso from the provided coffee machine:) The communication was also great. Arrival and departure was flexible and easy. Marco (Manuelas partner) welcomed us, we had a nice chat (he speaks english very well) and he showed us the apartment. We found a nice prepared fruit basket with fresh oranges, pomelos, lemons and carrots from the garden, there was even some fresh eggs :). All in all a very beautiful place to stay! Absolute recommendation!

The property is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers plenty of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). There are many other vacation homes around, but in October there was almost nothing going on. However, another settlement is being built nearby, so we had construction site noise on some days. Of course, this will change when the work is completed. Since we were out and about a lot, or at the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500 m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar-restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest, also rather small, supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Grazie!

I was a bit unsure what to expect as the pictures just dont do it justice. The apartment looks fantastisc, is spaceous and it has that authentic mediterranean feel to it. 10/10 the apartment and the location within the city. Giovanni was also incredibly kind and understanding, always answering very fast to any question we might have. Great host. And the city is an authentic little sardinian village up at 500 meters on the cliffside of a mountain. It is beautiful to walk through it in the evening and the restaurants are open until 11 or 12. The pizza ia great and affordable. The best views in the world. And only 15 min drive to the beach. The only thing i would say is to rent a small car if you drive here, it will be easier to find parking😅

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our stay at this place was just fantastic! The apartment was excellent and exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was clean, modern, and well equipped. The location was right on the beach and nice and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent service on site. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. He gave us valuable tips on local attractions and restaurants that made our stay even more memorable. The property itself offered everything you need for a perfect vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room cozy and welcoming, the pool clean and refreshing. We felt like at home from the first moment. I can fully recommend this place and look forward to our next stay. It was truly a perfect vacation!

Very nice people and very nice place with am amazing view!

The apartment was great, very spacious and with everything we needed. Cinzia was a great host, helpful, proactive, and very nice. She wasn’t around when we arrived, but the check in instruction were very clear, and her mother, who lives nearby, welcomed us. Check out is simply and with very reasonable expectations, unlike other places I’ve been too. It’s a perfect place to explore the area around Gonone and Dorgali, which is gorgeous even in winter!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Excellent find next to town and right on the beach. Handy for the best gelateria in town too!

This is a little gem, top notch, Anna’s place is one of the best air bnb apartments we stayed at! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, including a delicious welcoming gift! Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet area with absolutely fantastic views from the terrace and the front balcony, just like the pictures! Very walkable to town and to hiking trails. Thank you very much Anna!

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

I highly recommend this apartment! We felt right at home and also super welcome.🫶🏽 Brigida and her husband gave us a great introduction, showed us everything in the apartment, as well as recommended restaurants, beaches and a great supermarket called COOP.☺️ Apartment was super clean, you can say like new.! 🫶🏽 Should we travel to Sardinia again, we would go directly back to Brigida and her husband in the apartment. We were in Sardinia in a few apartments and were always disappointed whether by the service or the apartment… But here everything was fantastically great and beautiful. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
