We can only agree with the extremely good reviews. We enjoyed the time in Fabio's apartment very much. Fabio is a wonderful host, exceptionally friendly, always available and goes out of his way to make his guests stay as beautiful as possible. The apartment is extremely clean and lovingly furnished with everything you can think of. Shopping at nearby Bari Sardo is good. We particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach, but there are also many more beautiful beaches and beautiful landscapes to explore in the area. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed here for a little over a month over Christmas. The place is cozy and peaceful with a nice view of the Sea. You can hear the waves from the patio! We especially enjoyed spending our days wandering the village. Groceries and restaurants are close and so is the bus!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

Nicola and Tiziana were wonderful hosts and the location is stunning. There are views to the mountains in the water that are truly spectacular The house is modern and very functional in the bed is comfortable. Everything we needed was available. We loved being there with easy access to hiking trails and the beach. The outside spaces are also lovely. We wish we were still there.

Finally, not a sober rental apartment, but as if you were staying with a dear aunt - flower towels, succulents on the terrace and fully equipped kitchen included <3 There is also free parking in front of the house. Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.
