We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the exciting neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was true to the photos.

Me and my family love lodging. The apartment is perfect, everything is clean, smells nice and has everything you need. We felt at home!

The apartment was very cozy, as described, it was clean and tidy. The condominium has a swimming pool, a great leisure area for children, my son loved it. And the lagoon in front is beautiful, with hammocks to relax in the water. The location is good, it takes 10 minutes by car to downtown Arraial do Cabo. For sure I will return more often.

Excellent stay. There were 8 of us, the apartment is spacious and with two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always room for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Excellent quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair across the street. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and took care of everything.

Excellent stay! Everything was as described. The ap is quite spacious and was super clean. O cond super quiet, with a great pool, easy to find, polite and friendly concierge. The hostess responded quickly and showed kindness. Ease at check in and checkout. My family and I love it… Super recommend!

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we used every day next to the pool, I would happily return!

I recommend to everyone, very nice house and the same as the photos, we love the stay and the location.

Wonderful house, with beautiful views! Everything is finely decorated, making the environment welcoming! The only detail that left something to be desired were the showers, where we couldn't adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. I highly recommend the house, it was an amazing stay! Thank you.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time in it that left us with a taste of wanting more! A modern house with plenty of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and a table for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a big plus. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (quincho and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, even a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thank you friends, it makes you want to come back always!!

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very convenient, since from there we were able to get around very well both on foot and by car. We loved it! We will definitely be back here.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️
