The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved around by car and the distances were accessible: both downtown and other beaches were about 15-20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We'll definitely be back.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The location is 15 minutes from the beach of the fort, there are two beaches nearby, the beach of Siqueira that everyone said is the most beautiful sunset in Cabo Frio, as the day was rainy we did not have the opportunity to watch and Palmares beach. Everything is close to the apartment, bakery, supermarkets, snack bars and etc. Wagner gave all the instructions and was very helpful all the time, we felt at home in the apartment that is exactly the same in the photos, a more familiar environment, which gives more safety and comfort. Everything in the house worked perfectly, we have nothing to complain about, just to thank for the hospitality.

The environment is very complete and cozy, exactly as described. The only detail that could improve is the mattress of the double bed, but overall everything was very nice, clean and well organized. The location is excellent, one of the best I've ever stayed in Peró. We managed to do everything on foot, from the beach to restaurants, markets, pharmacy and bakery. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it is almost at Praia dos Osos.
