Very quiet place, we were very welcome by Maria and Valdir. Very clean environment, well-equipped kitchen and a very beautiful view of the lake.

The bedding smelled fresh and the house was super clean and organized. A very well equiped kitchen. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos, very airy and cozy. The condominium is great and safe, has a lake for fishing, a playground and is good for walking. There is a market very close by car, it is great and has everything, even a butcher. We went in the cold, so the pool was super cold, but we could enjoy it anyway. Valério was very attentive and cordial. He always answered my questions quickly. We recommend it and will be back.

My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

I had a great experience with my family on site. Indico for everyone who wants a fds with both family and friends. We had a small issue with an indicated employee, but when explaining what happened after check out, the amount was promptly reimbursed.

The property is wonderful, everything is very organized, clean, quality furniture and appliances. Excellent gourmet leisure area, all very well equipped.
